By downloading, installing, or using Poplist ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Poplist is a voice-first task manager that allows you to add, organise, and manage tasks using voice input and manual entry. The App is available as a web application and may be offered as a mobile application in the future.
We offer two tiers of service:

The App uses your device microphone solely to capture voice input for task creation. Voice processing occurs locally on your device using the Web Speech API. We do not store raw audio recordings on our servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how voice data is handled.
Pro tier subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the App Store / Play Store if applicable.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable App Store policies or, for web purchases, at our discretion.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Poplist and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any tasks, notes, or other content you create in the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your User Content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell or share your User Content with third parties.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Poplist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
