1. Information We Collect
Poplist collects the minimum data required to provide the service:
Account data — email address and display name when you sign in via Google or Email.
Task data — the text of tasks you create, along with their category and due-date label.
Voice audio — processed locally or via the device's speech-recognition service. We do not store raw audio.
Usage analytics — anonymous crash reports and feature-usage events collected via Firebase Analytics to improve the app.
2. How We Use Your Data
To sync your tasks across devices when you are signed in.
To categorise and classify your tasks using AI (OpenAI API via a server-side proxy — your task text may be sent to OpenAI for processing).
To improve Poplist through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with:
Google Firebase — for authentication, cloud storage, and analytics.
OpenAI — task text may be sent for AI classification. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to that processing.
4. Data Retention
Your tasks and account data are retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion at any time via Settings → About → Data Deletion Request.
5. Children's Privacy
Poplist is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at privacy@allerise.com to exercise these rights.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Continued use of Poplist after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
